SHIPPING:
It is our goal to provide the best service possible and make every attempt to fulfill your order as quickly as possible. As the majority of our pieces are in stock, please allow 2-3 days for shipment on all in-stock orders. However, during holiday seasons or for any out-of-stock orders, please allow 2 weeks for shipment or pick-up.

All layaways must be paid in full within 60 (sixty) days of receipt date.

RETURN POLICY:
We will gladly exchange or refund any purchase in its original condition by method of payment within seven (7) days. Refunds or exchanges will not be made on broken, worn or damaged items.

No store credit, refunds, or exchanges will be given on personalized or customized merchandise - including ring sizing - or layaways.  These special orders are considered Final Sale.

A gift certificate will be issued if the merchandise, received as a gift, is returned by the recipient.

Shipping and Handling charges are non-refundable.

Please note that a slight variation in appearance does not constitute an incorrect order.  We have attempted to recreate the appearance of our jewelry on our website as closely as possible.  Clarity of details and accuracy of color may vary with technology. Some items may be enlarged to show detail.
